A two-month, done-for-you setup that turns your ads and your freebie into a mailing list you own, and an email engine that sells your books on repeat.
Prepared for Shelley at Blooming Wits · by Ashley Cosgrove
The goal isn't just to run ads. It's to build you something you keep: a growing list of readers and the emails that turn them into buyers, again and again.
Instead of spending on ads that point at Amazon (where you can't track a single sale or keep a single customer), we build the foundation that makes every future dollar work harder.
We point ads at your freebie, so instead of a one-time sale you can't see, you gain a subscriber you own and can sell to forever.
A welcome sequence greets every new subscriber and promotes your books automatically, working in the background long after setup.
By the end, it's all running and documented, so you (or your team) can keep it going without starting from scratch.
Everything below is included in this two-month setup, with the retail value of each piece shown so the trade is clear and fair.
Start date to be confirmed. It's one continuous 8-week program: we set up first, then your ads run for roughly 4 to 6 weeks of it, depending on how long setup takes.
Set up your email platform, build your 7-email welcome funnel, hand you the email-capture code for your page, and build and launch your lead-gen campaign.
Ads run and your list grows. I build out and monitor your email sequences, and I watch, A/B test, and optimize the ads as the data comes in.
Final tuning, then I document everything so it's running cleanly and ready for you to take the wheel.
Total, across the full 8 weeks. Front-loaded in weeks 1 and 2 for the funnel build, then roughly 2 to 3 hours a week building out and monitoring your email and managing the ads.
You'll always know what I'm working on, and the ad side gets lighter as it settles in.
Once your tour dates are locked, we can scope a separate campaign to publicize it to your new Arizona list. We'll tackle that when the dates land.
This gives you the two things you told me you need most: a mailing list that's actually growing, and an email engine that sells your books without you lifting a finger. All set up, running, and yours to keep.
Look it over and tell me if this is what you had in mind. Happy to adjust anything.
